Plane leaves today at 3:00 pm for Amsterdam: 9+ hours.
Layover: 3 hours.
Fly south to Kenya: 8+ hours.
Supposedly, there will be a man waiting in Nairobi with my name on a card to drive me to the guest house.
Which sounds so cool.
What happens when you put a suburb American in Kenya for three weeks?
Woo! Blessings on your journey! I have some stories for you about my Tanzanian sisters from lunch the other weekend. The many adventures in food! Can’t wait to hear our tales from the dusty road!
Yeah dude.
I was talking with a girl from the Philippines last weekend and she said that over there most families have a driver and a made, both of which live with the family.
Hope you enjoy it.
I would do ANYTHING for a photo of THAT GUY with THAT SIGN.
So excited to follow your journey, in both the literal and figurative meanings of the word.
I just got the message about this blog. I’m so excited to hear how your adventure goes!!! Also, you are going to Mombassa…..that made me excited for the superficial reason that we have a Mombasa marketplace in Harambe Village at Animal Kingdom! YAY!
Praying for safe travels and good health!
